Be Grace Be Love Boutique ships orders with care from the United States. This policy explains processing times, delivery estimates, tracking, and what to do if there’s an issue with delivery.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped by the next business day (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. postal holidays).

During peak seasons, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended. If anything changes with your order, we’ll contact you.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. The total shipping cost shown at checkout is the final shipping charge for your order.

Where We Ship

We ship from the United States. Most orders ship via USPS, and tracking is provided when available.

Estimated Delivery Times (After Shipment)

Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and can vary by location and season.

  • U.S. Domestic: typically 2–7 business days in transit
  • International: typically 4–22 business days in transit

Once a package is in the carrier’s hands, delivery speed is outside our control, but we’re always happy to help you troubleshoot if something looks off.

Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (when provided by the carrier). Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created or scanned by the carrier.

Address Accuracy & Changes

Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible at begracebeloveboutique@gmail.com. We can usually update addresses before the order ships. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the destination.

P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses

We can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses using USPS where available.

International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, VAT, or import taxes depending on the destination. These charges may be collected at checkout where available, or may be due upon delivery depending on your country and local regulations.

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender due to an incorrect address or unpaid import fees, any refund (if approved) may be reduced by shipping costs and any non-recoverable fees.

Delayed, Missing, or “Delivered” Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

  • Check around your delivery area (porch, mailbox, parcel locker) and with household members/neighbors.
  • Contact your local carrier with your tracking number.
  • If it’s still missing, email us at begracebeloveboutique@gmail.com and we’ll help you with next steps.

Packages Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label (if visible). We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel orders that have not yet shipped. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Returns

Return requests are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
