About Our Products

Are your items handmade?

Many of our pieces are handmade or hand-assembled in small batches. Some products are curated to complement our handmade line—those items are still quality-checked and shipped by us (never drop-shipped). Each listing includes product details so you know exactly what you’re getting.

Do you drop ship?

No—never. We do not use drop shipping. Every order is packed and shipped by our team from our own inventory.

Will my item look exactly like the photo?

We do our best to photograph true-to-life color and detail. Because small-batch and handmade items may include natural variation, tiny differences can happen—this is part of what makes artisan pieces special.

What materials do you use?

Materials vary by product and are listed on each product page. If you have sensitivities or material preferences, message us before ordering and we’ll help you choose confidently.

Are your earrings hypoallergenic / nickel-free?

Material details are provided on each listing, but sensitivities can be highly individual. If you’re unsure, contact us and tell us what you react to—we’ll point you to the best options.

Shipping & Delivery

How fast do you ship?

Because we keep inventory on hand and avoid drop shipping, most orders are prepared quickly. Your current processing time is always shown at checkout and may vary during peak seasons or launches.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from the United States. Your order is packed and shipped by our team (not a third-party warehouse).

Do you provide tracking?

Yes—tracking is provided for shipped orders whenever the carrier supports it. You’ll receive shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is on the way.

My tracking says “Delivered” but I don’t have it—what do I do?

First, check around your delivery area (porch, mailbox, parcel lockers) and with anyone else in the household. Then contact your local carrier with the tracking number. If it’s still missing, message us via our Contact page and we’ll help you troubleshoot next steps.

Do you offer free shipping?

We may offer free shipping promotions or thresholds at different times. The most up-to-date shipping cost (and any free-shipping offer) will always show in your cart and at checkout.


Returns, Exchanges & Order Changes

What is your return policy?

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to update an address or make a change, contact us as soon as possible. Because we ship quickly when items are ready, changes may only be possible before your order is processed.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us right away with a photo of the item and packaging so we can make it right. We pack carefully, but we’ll always help you resolve an issue quickly.


Gifting, Care & Custom Requests

Do you include prices in the package?

Most orders ship without pricing in the box. If you’re sending a gift and need something specific, leave a note at checkout or contact us.

Can you add a gift note?

Yes! If your checkout includes a gift message option, add it there. If not, place your order and then message us right away with what you’d like the note to say.

How do I care for my accessories?

To keep your pieces looking their best: store them dry, avoid direct contact with water/perfume/hairspray when possible, and keep items in a pouch or jewelry box between wears.

Do you offer custom orders or bulk gifting?
