Order Help
Where’s my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking (when provided by the carrier). Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.
My tracking says “Delivered” but I don’t have it.
First, check around your delivery area (porch, mailbox, parcel locker) and with household members/neighbors. Then contact your local carrier with the tracking number. If it’s still missing, message us and we’ll help with next steps.
I need to change my address.
Contact us as soon as possible. Because we ship by the next business day, address changes are typically only possible before the order ships.
Returns & Issues
How do I start a return?
Please contact us first with your order number. If your return is approved, we’ll send instructions. (Please don’t mail returns until you receive approval and instructions.)

My item arrived damaged / wrong item.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label (if visible). We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
