I needed the “LOVE” purse charm to be mailed out for an early Christmas gift and Melanie kindly sent it to me right away. I am beyond pleased with the craftmanship. The piece is beautifully made, with a bronze patina. The sides are seamlessly joined, no rough edges, and the LOVE pattern appears on both the front and back. It is a sturdy piece and will withstand the rigors of being attached to a handbag or backpack. Melanie included a satin gift bag and a personalized thank you note, all of which made this a very positive buying experience. I intend to revisit her shop.
