Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from Be Grace Be Love Boutique. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right—quickly and fairly.

Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with original packaging (and tags when applicable). Proof of purchase is required.

Items showing signs of wear, use, odors, alteration, or damage may not be eligible for a refund (or may be subject to a partial refund where permitted by law).

How to Start a Return

Email us at begracebeloveboutique@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we’ll send return instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged/defective upon arrival). Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damages, Defects & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • the item
  • the packaging
  • the shipping label (if visible)

We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is approved (and received/inspected when required), we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

To protect our customers and prevent fraud, we may request photos or additional verification for certain claims.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a return (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items (if marked as final sale)
  • Personalized/custom items (if applicable)

Return Address

Do not ship returns until your return request is approved. If approved, we will provide the correct return instructions and address.

European Union & United Kingdom (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If your order is shipped to the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging. To request an eligible return, email begracebeloveboutique@gmail.com.

International Orders

Customs, duties, and import taxes: International orders may include duties, VAT, customs fees, or import taxes depending on the destination. If these charges have been paid to governments/carriers, they may be non-refundable (including on returns), where permitted by law.

International return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on international returns unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or damaged/defective upon arrival). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refused/undeliverable packages: If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender due to an incorrect address or unpaid import fees, any refund (if approved) may be reduced by shipping costs and any non-recoverable fees.
